Emily meets Anna and Will, brother and sister duo who founded a skincare brand with a twist - of each of the products have an item of food waste upcycled into them. They started with coffee but now they upcycle 18 different types of food waste. Emily meets one of their warehouse and refills reps Remi who takes her on a coffee collection round the coffee shops of South London. She then travels down to Bridport to meet Barbara, their head formulator to learn how they formulate and bottle their products.
