Joel Bravette pays a visit to Made in Hackney, a community kitchen project that is very close to his heart as their current youth ambassador and sometimes teaching chef. He goes behind the scenes at this plant-based community kitchen to talk with one of its co-founders Sarah Bentley and discuss the motivations for starting this great community initiative, before joining the Peng Patties class and tasting the delicious delights being served up by the local teenagers.
